Digestibility is often assumed, but rarely verified. This webinar will introduce Feed Digestibility Check (FDC), Adisseo’s on-farm quality control tool that predicts the actual Apparent Metabolizable Energy of feed. By revealing hidden losses linked to raw material variability and processing, FDC helps poultry professionals protect performance and secure profit margins.

Co-speakers :
- Vincent Larat, MSc, NIRS PNE Expert, Adisseo. He graduated as a chemical engineer (MSc) from CPE Lyon. He has been working in optical spectroscopy for more than two decades. He first held application engineering roles at scientific instruments manufacturing companies, where he developed strong expertise in infrared, near infrared, and Raman spectroscopy, as well as in chemometrics and technical communication. He then joined the Research & Innovation Centre of a world leader animal feed and premixes supplier as NIR specialist, supporting a large global network of instruments and developing robust predictive models in animal feed business. He has been with Adisseo since 2016 as NIR Expert within the Centre of Expertise and Research in Nutrition, where he leads R&D programs dedicated to NIR method development in relation to the PNE service, strengthens service capabilities, and supports global teams through scientific communication and knowledge transfer. His deep technical background in spectroscopy and chemometrics enables him to understand industrial needs and deliver high value analytical solutions for the field.
- Deniz Bulut, Regional Service Manager – IMEA. Deniz Bulut is a poultry nutritionist and Regional Service Manager at Adisseo. He began his career as a feed formulator, working on broiler, breeder, turkey, and layer feed formulation within integrated production systems. Following his formulation background, he specialized in laboratory and quality control activities, gaining hands-on experience in raw material analysis and feed evaluation. His work included NIR calibration, analytical methods, and close collaboration with laboratories to support accurate nutritional decision-making. Deniz joined Adisseo in 2023 as a Technical Service Manager, supporting customers across the MEA region. In addition to his technical service responsibilities, he is currently involved in feed formulation activities for Central and West Africa. In his current role, he supports customers across the IMEA region by implementing technical services, delivering trainings, and translating nutritional and analytical data into practical, performance-driven solutions.
